Double posting issue again

This crops up quite regularly

Says post hasn't posted so poster posts again but it has posted so you end up with a double post

I'm an old hand by now so I check before reposting

I'm on app on iPhone 7 everything up to date

Has this been an issue today at all?

We were aware of some problems last night which were resolved, so we're hoping it's all fixed!

Seems fixed for now but why does it keep happening? Seems to be every few months
