I have an issue with premium every single month I swear.

This month the payment has only been taken once. Great stuff. But I'm seeing ads again and have no access to premium.

Any chance this can actually be sorted this time?

I had exactly the same problem op. Billed more than once for a few months and this week had lots of ads and no Premium access. HQ sorted it out in the end. Took a wee while but they identified the problem. Sounds like it might be the same thing! Once they realised, it took around 2 minutes to fix.
