Still getting occasional errors

Thought you might want to know. I got a Cloudflare screen saying there had been a 1033 error a couple of times just now, and a 502 error on Tuesday. The site is definitely running much more smoothly but thought you might want to know about the odd glitch in case they escalate.

Hi @Spudlet thanks for flagging this to us. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We've checked with Cloudflare and it seemed they were having some issues their side which could have led to this error. They've fixed the issue on their side so everything should be back to normal.

Is the issue still persisting for you or has it resolved itself?

I've been having the same message on Samsung Internet. Most recently 2 minutes ago.

I had this for about an hour, the app wouldn't load and when I tried through web browser, I got error screens like the ones above. Its just come back on now.

Also haven’t been able to load for just over an hour.

Iphone app wouldn't load at all an hour or so ago. Said no connection.

Hi @DanTech, I’m on an iPhone 7, iOS 14.4, using safari. It’s not a problem, I just thought it might be helpful to mention in case the issues from the other week were still rumbling on in the background

I wondered if that might be the case

I couldn't access the site for about an hour earlier, I had a 502 error (using Chrome on a Macbook).

I'm getting 502 bad gateway error repeatedly
Desktop using chrome and on Apple iphone

bad gateway error on every page now

Happening to me as well

Error 502 safari on IPad (iOS 14.4). Seems to be accessible on iPhone app.

And here on and off over the last hour - on pc

And here on I phone

Me too. Android tablet chrome browser.
