Can we have a hide thread option please?

I'm sure this has been asked before. But it would be useful, and surely reduce the frequency of site admins having to delete threads.

There is one. Above the thread there’s a drop down arrow and the option is there.

You already can. I'm on the app where you can click the the three dots and choose "hide thread". You can even hide whole sections.

Gosh, I couldn't live without the hide thread button. It's where all the trans posts, Christmas posts and moaning Covid posters go. I'd like to hide whole boards, but haven't found a way on Android app.

Oh I didn't know this, silly me! . I did check the 3 dots menu at the bottom of the OP post, thought that would be the obvious place if there was one.

I have hidden whole topics on the desktop site. They remain hidden when I use the Android app.
