I've noticed a few threads where someone uses the quote function to ask a question of the poster they have quoted. Sort of as a 'reply' but without using the tag function.
I'm often tempted to wade in to tell them that quoting someone does not draw them back to the thread. So is that an option; getting an alert when you're quoted? Or a reminder that when quote function is used it does not alert the 'quoted' poster.
