Browser says 'Banned'when I click on thread

I wanted to read the thread but I got this instead! I'm clearly not banned as I'm here now, only a few minutes later. I've never had this before; what does it actually mean?

I keep seeing a message like "this browser is being checked by ddos before connecting" before things load - might have got the wording wrong but it is something like that.

Ha! Just got the banned message again!

Yes, I think everyone including myself, have been having issues the last few days.

There's a thread in Site Stuff. Justine has confirmed MN has been having a DDOS attack since around 11 this morning. She says it's not related to the glitches over the last few days.

MN is now back up for browsers but not via the app at the moment
