Android phone, using the app.

Threads I'm on and Watching are repeatedly telling me I need to be logged in to see/comment.

I am logged in. I am posting here and haven't had to login.

It happens every now and then but has been persistent over the last couple of days.

Summink is up 😊

Hi @CuriousaboutSamphire - thanks for raising this. I haven't seen this issue before on the app, could you try these two steps and see if it fixes the problem:

  1. Log out, then log in again
  2. If 1. doesn't work, uninstall the app and install again (sorry, I know it's awkward, but it's very thorough)

Let me know if there are still issues!

CuriousaboutSamphire · 19/02/2021 12:55

I think I have already done both of those, it has happened a few times before, it's intermittent.

I will do both again and will let you know!

Mine does this a lot. Android app.

DawnMumsnet · 19/02/2021 15:27

Have you tried reinstalling the app, as per Tim's post above, @starbrightstarlight8888 and @letmepeeinpeace?

CuriousaboutSamphire · 19/02/2021 15:48

I've just done that twice!

But the main site was unavailable for a few minutes via PC too!!!

Now it seems fine. I'll let you know!

Sorry. It's still happening.

I logged out, I deleted the app and it has started again.

Android phone.
