Screen dancing all over because of adverts

Anyone else finding this very annoying ?
I’m on an iPad.

The co-op ad is driving me nuts! Makes my screen bounce around all over the place and then I have to slide the screen from side to side to read all the MN text.

Sorry to hear this ad is causing problems. Are you all using the app or the desktop version of the site on the iPad?

I’m on the desktop version on the iPad and it’s awful. I thought those full screen ads had been got rid of? This new version is even worse than the last one.

I haven’t downloaded an app.

Naturally now I’ve moaned it’s disappeared , but if it pops up again I will screenshot.

Ha, that's often the way it goes! Glad things are looking okay for you right now, @OcelotPanda, but please do let us know (and if possible, post a screenshot) if these ads start causing problems again.

YES! It's that blinking New Look ad for me with the arses in jeans. Screenshot wouldn't do any good @DawnMumsnet because it's the dance thing, you click on a page like the list of active, and as the ad loads the list bounces up and down - cannot be conveyed by anthing that is just a still. Desktop, Edge.

Here’s a screen shot but it doesn’t really help to show anything. Twice I’ve gone to click on a thread to read it and then the co-op ad pops up and everything bounces around and moves place, making it impossible to click on the thread I wanted.

Should add that with this screenshot I hadn’t zoomed in. The screen image gets distorted so you only see part of the page.

Here’s mine this morning, I’m having the same problem as Bobs, keep clicking on the wrong thread because of it

Here’s some screenshots from mine. I have also not zoomed in. On this thread it takes over nearly half the page giving me that narrow column. On the other I took a screen shot of how the page moves to the corner of the screen.

I've also been getting the page moving randomly up and down when I'm scrolling through Active or Threads Im On, usually when the New Look advert is on either side. I've hit so many wrong threads! Chrome on a very ancient PC.

Yes, it had stopped, but back again this morning!

The coop add is the absolute worse one it moves everything as you scroll and you can see it behind words etc

I don't know whether this is the same fault. I use the active page a lot. I have to scroll down to get below the ad across the top and I immediately get taken right to the bottom of the page. It's been happening for days now. Firefox on Laptop

Back again this morning for me - it’s the Co Op one as detailed above. No problem with any other adverts at the moment.

Three weeks. Three weeks I've had to stare at that arse.
