Hi MN. I was recently locked out of my old account so started a new one. On my old account I was able to select “1000” messages per screen on the Talk Preferences section so all the replies to a thread would be on one page. However I’ve just gone to do this on my new account and the most I can select is 100 messages meaning “pages” still appear. Is this an error or is there any way to change this? I hate scrolling through pages as my internet takes too long to load each individual page?

Can we just double check what device and browser you're using to access the site?

iPhone XR and safari but this is the same on laptop and google chrome.

Could you possibly mail in via [email protected] - or hit the report button on this post and let us know the details of your previous account? Unfortunately, only accounts registered prior to 2016 are able to view 1,000 messages per page, but we'll happily look into whether we're able to reinstate your original account.

Thanks. I definitely wasn't registered before 2016 as I only discovered the site about 2 years ago at the most. Not surprising given the poor coding of the site. Thanks anyway.
