It's a great idea, but, IMO, not possible. Logistically, the amount of work that it would involve - dealing with all the publishers, record companies and so on, waiting to get clearance from each artist etc - and the actual costs of licensing each track, would make it totally unworkable.

Not to mind the protracted online fight that would ensue about what went on it

but can we have the fight anyway?
