Voting, and over-use of AIBU

It drives me nuts when everything goes in AIBU 'for the traffic' - a self-fulfilling prophecy if ever there was one!

But now, people are (ab)using AIBU just so they can put a vote on their posts, so they have to have an over-complicated explanation:

YABU - if you think I should euthanise the dog
YANBU - how dare you have a dog in the first place

How about you introduce another board which is specifically asking people to vote, then (hopefully - in my dim and distant dreams) we can stop people using AIBU wrongly?

I have turned off seeing the voting option (no idea how - I can't remember before anyone asks) but it's all so bloody pointless anyway.

How many time do you see posts that say "ooops, I clicked the wrong button".

Nobody cares.
