... Tech, oh swamped-with-work person, is there a thread that says "This is how you work the new functions, here's where you can change colours, look you can ignore stuff!" or should we just expect days of confusion and questions?

It's not difficult, really. Click Customize Talkboard to change the colours, the direction of the thread and the posts-per-page (unlimite gets shot of pages altogether)

Use Customize Active Convos to set topics you want to ignore etc

Oh no, I'm cool, it's just I thought maybe a big thread saying "RIGHT YOU LOT, here are all the changes and this is how you work them" might have stopped all the threads saying "argh what's happening"... Tech could even have pinned it...
