I agree that its a PITA but DH doesn't want to change as he is used to it I've not had a problem with it and MN before though.

just go in voia internet explorer - it will probabvly be quicker!! Besides they won't let you leave. we have just left but uts taken us 3 months and they are still taking money fromDPs account (who paid them once 3 years ago )
