Customised Active Convos is on the way aparently. I know what you mean though, sometimes I get depressed looking at it.

DumbledoresGirl · 25/10/2007 16:58

No. These people need your cheery disposition to get them through the day.

Personally, I want to get rid of the ante-natal clubs and the style threads.

Bring on the customised Active Convos I say.

Oh I am sorry, I was only joking.

(Though I do loathe the ante-natal clubs cos I can't join in, and also the style threads because I am not interested in style and think all the questions are so trivial).

maybe we should have it that you only talk to peopleyou want to talk to about things you want to talk about and we could call it .... msn!

if the customised active convos is as good as the 'no sales' button it will drive me bananas anyway.

And can we have a 'no feeling depressed' button in real life too?

Tech? Can you manage it?

SheherazadetheFriendlyGhost · 25/10/2007 17:10

Shock
VodooLULUmama · 25/10/2007 17:15

but people who are depressed often feel bad enough, and guilty enough, and to have the guts to post about it and ask for help, is really difficult, so why add an additioanl element of shame, by asking it to be hidden away

PND and depression generally are very real for a lot of women, so why try to exclude it from a parenting / mothering website?

and agree with sherezade re teh MSN thing.

MN cannot be all things to all people, i thikn it strikes a pretty good balance as it is

no need to shout !

from your thread title, it sounded like it was a no feeling depressed in active convos, rather than a personal thing
