Can't Advanced Search

When I do a search it brings up a list of relevant threads, but when I click on the one I want it just takes me to a list of Active threads, rather than into the one I want.

Serves me right for not adding it to my Watched list, I suppose.

Would you mind telling us which device you're using to access Mumsnet and whether you're on the desktop site or the app? Screenshots showing the problem would also be really useful if possible. Thanks @LouMumsnet. It's happening on laptop & phone. I don't use the mobile site though, I don't think. Two screenshots attached, although I don't think they show anything particularly useful.

Can we ask what you're typing in the search bar so we can try and replicate?

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I can't follow the logic. Anyway, a picture paints a 1000 words. Search 1

Search 2, which behaves differently depending on which search result I click on.

In some cases, when I click on the thread in my search results, it takes me to Active, or Style and Beauty, rather than to the thread I want.

And I really need to know where to get boots for skinny calves other than duo boots.
