Hide all posts from a certain user?

Can I hide all submissions by certain users? A sort of 'mute' button is what I'm after. I know we can hide threads but it doesn't help when the same person launches loads of new threads all the time on the same subject. It would be better just to filter out by username.

Also when we hide threads do @ mentions still appear in our notifications from the hidden thread?

Hi @MrsMigginsMate thanks for your question. You can't hide a single poster, but you can hide a whole thread/topic.

If you want to do this, please go to the thread you'd like to hide. Click on the 'hide this thread' option, which will be either at the top or bottom of the thread depending on how you've set your threads to load. A green bar will then be visible at the top of the thread confirming that the thread is now hidden.
