MN website keeps reloading itself

The website keeps re-loading itself.
It will re-load 2 or 3 times then I get a message saying 'A problem repeatedly occurred on "https://www.mumsnet.com/{whatever page title you were on}

IPad on Safari.

May have fixed it. Upgraded to OS 14.2 and the problem now seems to have gone away.
