Cant click on Notifications or Private Messages

When i click on the little person now with the red circle , the box opens but cant click on Notifications or Private messages. Seems to work on mobile site but not on Pc . I use chrome on both

Also the little sign on the bottom of mobile site that links to pc site has disappeared

Interestingly it only seems to be on my laptop i have the problems.

I'm also on Chrome., I'm considering logging in on edge to see what happens

Mine sometimes works. Also chrome tho iPhone 7
