I only get this on Mumsnet

I keep getting this come up on my Motorola phone when using Mumsnet. I don't get it on any other websites. Any idea why it's happening?

I get the sound icon come up and a message across the screen.

@soniamumsnet Hi I have just noticed a message further down. It means there is an advert with sound on it apparently.
