Hello!

I was just wondering if we could have some more shortcuts to the emoticons so that we dont have to physically type out the words?

For instance:

: o for shock
: D for grin
:< for angry
: ( for sad
:/ for sceptical (for e.g.)
: ) for smile
;) for wink

What do you think?

:D oops i mean

: )
: o

all work
; ) was removed as, for some reason, it seemed top crop up by mistake in normal typing a lot

:@ is angry on MSN (the other would confuse me)

Is it really that hard to type out [ grin ] though?

FlameBat · 15/10/2007 14:17

Oh i know that some of those work without the spaces - i just typed the spaces in there for demonstration purposes.

Flame - it's not that hard to type [ grin ], but it's easier to type : o instead!

I suppose i'm just asking for some more universal emoticons.

HysterSister · 17/10/2007 12:15

Can we have Santa emoticons again?

RGPargy · 18/10/2007 13:35

Envy could be >:| or summat.
