3 strikes rule for historical posts/threads? (feminism boards)

Would Mumsnet clarify if posts and/or threads that were written before "the rules" came into place on the feminism board (or each iteration of "the rules", as they changed) are subject to deletion now if they contravened rules that weren't yet in place at the time?

Would Mumsnet also confirm if the posters in such threads are now all liable to 'strikes' under the current rules, and therefore liable to be banned?

This is in relation to the thread about women's mental health that was about 2 years old that has just been deleted and warnings apparently given.

If these two points are confirmed, would mumsnet also confirm that it is aware that most of us will be deleted for not adhering to rules that didn't exist at the time of posting?

As a workaround to this potentially silly (and already upsetting) situation, I suggest that any posts written before 'the rules' (BTR) have a disclaimer added to the top expressing they were BTR with the date of the rules that applied. Anybody whose posts dated after the implementation of those rules (i.e. posts on zombie threads) would be subject to the rules in place a the time of posting.

I know the thread has been reinstated but we still need to know exactly where we stand.

I would also like to know. Because it is apparent that old threads are being bumped in order to comb through them for "rule violations" that did not exist when they were originally posted. Is MNHQ fine with regular posters being cancelled for not adhering to rules that did not exist when the posts were made?

Hello and sorry for any confusion here - any strikes given will be retracted. This was an oversight on my part so once again, apologies for that. Flowers
