Can we have a poll taking section please

Not for me, but for those who are using the AIBU buttons for inane poll taking threads.

Hi there OP, what kind of function did you have in mind? Something different from the voting buttons in AIBU?

A whole topic section for poll taking, so buttons like on AIBU.

I agree, OP. People are now using AIBU for polling questions that aren't AIBUs, so you keep seeing things like:

Please vote:

YABU = brown with purple and green stripes.
YANBU = an alligator

etc.

It's crap threads like this that need a poll taking section.

Or just allow polls on threads. No special section needed.

Fed up with the "what to do for tea tonight yanbu takeaway because you deserve it or YABU stop being a lazy cow bag and cook" threads. AIBU used to be good for debates with the occasional funny thread, now they're just crap.
