Can't post pictures.

I suddenly cant post photos. Ive posted before with no issues. Tried yesterday and today. It just says its successful but then the pictures dont show. What can i do?

Can you let us know how many photos you are trying to upload?

If you could also let us know if you are on the app, mobile site or website, which device you are using and which browser that would be super helpful too.

Ive tried to upload 3 and 2 and 1 photos to see if that helped. It wouldn't post no matter how few i tried. Im using the app on a tablet. I use Google chrome.

Hmmm. OK, so it looks like we can rule out something falling over because of the number of pics you are trying to upload.

Can we just confirm that you're definitely using the app? You've said you're using Google Chrome, which means you're likely to be using the web version of the site, not the app.

If it's definitely the app you're on, our next question is, Android or iPhone app?

We'll try to get to the bottom of this as soon as we can, we just need these last few bits of the jigsaw to help us narrow it down!

Yes it is the app I downloaded. Android.

We've flagged this to our Tech team and unfortunately this is an issue we're unable to fix for now.

Is there any chance you can switch over to the web version of the site so you can post the pic? We know it's a huge faff, but that's the best way around the issue.
