Mobile site going extremely weird, is there something up?

Yes, it goes all pixel lated when I try to scroll.

It's an android phone and Google chrome I'm using. I can't upload a screen shot sorry, but when I try to scroll the blue bar at the bottom of my page with active, I'm on etc along it in little boxes gets repeated multiple times on my screen, appearing all across the screen, not just at the bottom. Also a grey fuzzy page appears too almost over all the screen and blanks out everything. These 2 things happen randomly.
