Freezing on some threads

Hi mumsnet,

For the past few days every time I go on the EastEnders no spoilers thread I get so far down the thread and my phone freezers it doesn't seem to happen on any other thread.

I'm using an iPhone with the app from the App Store. Thank you.

I am getting this too, I have to turn my phone off to get the phone unfrozen. Only happens on Mumsnet. Samsung galaxy s10e

It looks from the above that this is an issue with the app. We're looking into this now. If anyone is having this issue on the mobile site/website then please let us know.

Mine is on the android mobile app and is now happening 2 out of every 3 times I visit the app.

Thanks so much for letting us know - sounds like a pain. Do you get any error message or just a frozen screen with the wheel of doom?

No wheel of doom or anything, just a totally unresponsive phone. I have to turn the phone off which takes a while too. Its a fast responsive phone normally and this only happens in mumsnet in the last 2 to 3 weeks.
