Advert going against SIDS guidelines

Just had this ad pop up. Looks like a recipe for disaster - the poor kid has it almost over his face already. Just thinking any desperate parents might see this product as a promised solution, so may be best losing this ad? :)

I can't even see what it is. Had a look at the website - is it the small square comforter 40x40cm and suitable from 6 months? My 2 had similar things but they were called Taggies and has little tags attached to them
