Hidden threads but no desktop site?

I'm going bananas. How does one hide topics these days?

Can't do it on the app.

Can't get the desktop version on a mobile (anymore)

Don't have a desktop computer.

So am I doomed to keep being tortured with the same topics coming up with no way to hide them?

It will need to be actioned on the mobile site rather than the app.
