Apache Tomcat preventing sign in

Cleared cookies earlier, came back to sign in and

Apache Tomcat/7.0.69

Chrome on Win 10 laptop. I tried twice, closed the page and opened a new one and was in. Weird.

Just done this to me, wouldn't allow me to sign in on the sign in page, opened this thread and I am signed in ?!? Weird.

Can you let us know what device and browser this happened on?

I've been getting this as well. I get the error message but then when I go back to the talk page I'm signed in. I'm using Firefox/Windows.

We can see what the problem is here and will be releasing a fix very shortly - sorry for the inconvenience.

It's been doing it on and off all day. If I wait a few minutes it's resolved itself.

Win 10, Chrome, desktop site.

Sorry for the late response Lily I am using a laptop, desktop site and Google Chrome and it's just done it to me again!

Go to sign in, Apache Tomcat, click on a thread and I am signed in without actually signing in if you see what I mean.

Thanks for all of the information - tech are working on a fix as we speak. Please do hang in there!

Lily just to let you know that I had no problems with sign in yesterday evening, this morning and this afternoon so, for me at least, it's fixed.

I do have to log in every time now, though. Even with the ''keep me logged in' box ticked.

@Jux (and anyone else who's still having this problem) - our Tech team are still working on this, but in the meantime would you be able to try clearing your cache(s) to see if that helps?
