TIO and advanced search is frustrating.

I have remembered a thread I read and posted on only a couple or so weeks ago and would like to know the outcome. Tried AS with relevant words, nothing. Has dropped off TIO and TIW isn't any better. I am pretty sure others have complained about the uselessness of AS and would like to know others thoughts as it isn't intuitive or very user friendly ime.

Any chance the OP had the MNHQ take it down? I don’t think those show in Advanced Search.

Good point. Possible of course. I still think AS could be better though.

Did you try advanced search with your username?

It might have been taken down. I find Advanced Search really reliable.

The other thing you can do is put "site:www.mumsnet.com/Talk" then the search term into Google. All relevant threads will show.
