I thought quoting posters was a premium feature?

I thought, when it was introduced, that the quote feature was for premium users?

I can use it but I'm not a premium subscriber.

No it’s not. Everyone can use it.

This premium thing makes no sense whatsoever. I barely get any ads on the mobile site and I can do everything premium users can do....

What I can’t work out is how on earth you edit it so you only quote some of their post.
