Received PMs I can't open

Hi,
I have 2 PMs which are unclickable for me (using laptop.) From the preview, I could see they were about my post on a sensitive topic so I'm just wondering if this means the user has been banned? Should I just delete the messages?

If a user has deregistered their account, any PM's that they've sent are automatically removed (from their own and any recipients' PM box) and replaced with a message saying: 'This message has been removed at user request'.

We think that's probably what's happened here and that's the reason you're unable to view the messages, but if you're still concerned, please hit the report button on this thread and let us know the name of the poster so we can double-check for you.
