"Next post" function not working correctly

The "next post" function only appears on the OP's posts on the first page. It's absent from their posts on all subsequent pages. I noticed it yesterday, I think, but assumed it was just a temporary glitch.

I'm on a Samsung tablet, running Android.
However I just checked my iPhone. Same problem.
