App Slow

App typing and scrolling is really slow. Been getting worse the last few weeks. Also the contact us button on the app is not working

I have the iPhone Se latest version if that helps. Using the app seems to make my phone hot too doesn't happen with other apps

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the app.

We think what you're experiencing has been flagged on this thread - Scrolling slow at peak times - it was started a few months ago, but has been reactivated in the past couple of days.

Tim from our Tech team is currently posting on that thread, so if you'd care to hop over there, you can add your details so he can investigate this bug.

He's also posted on this thread - App not working - to explain about a possible Facebook glitch which is causing problems on various apps. So you may want to have a read of that thread, too.
