Link from email notification not working

Hi,

When I receive an email saying there is a new reply to a thread I'm watching, for the last day or so when I click the link it won't load the thread. It says Mumsnet is unable to handle this request. Screenshot attached. Any ideas?

Phone is android, email is Gmail and my phone opens the thread in Samsung Internet.

Thanks so much for all the information you have provided in your post - we are going to take a look into it.

Would you be able to forward us the email, along with a brief description of what is happening (as above) to [email protected]?

That way we can see if the same thing is happening for us when we click on the link.

I also have this exact problem, and have reported it in 'site stuff' also on android, with AOL email and opening in Samsung Internet. Been happening for about two weeks, prior to this it worked fine. Glad to know I'm not alone.

The same thing happens to me, AuntieAl . Have reported it and am waiting for update. Will post here if it gets sorted. Really missing reading the regular topics in emails !
