I accidentally hid a thread I'm on - how can I undo this?

I did it on the ap last night.

I can't see how to "unhide" a hidden thread - unsuprisingly I can't find the thread at all.
But its a lovely chat about sewing our own clothes and I really don't want to hide it. How can I fix this please?

go to the arrow beside Talk, and click customise. Then scroll down, and click manage hidden threads x
