App no longer working on ipad

App stopped loading a couple of weeks ago without warning. Thinking it was a memory issue or glitch I tried to delete it and redownload but it seems it is no longer compatible and will not install. Navigating talk via safari is a pain and slow. Any chance of reinstating a basic version to run on older ios please or is this a ploy to revert more users to desktop with advertising and paid for upgrades

Hi @LIZS I'm really sorry but unfortunately we're not able to support devices with versions older than iOS 11 at the moment. This is because it's very time consuming to actively maintain each additional older version, and there are much more likely to be crashes. Only a very small number of users have iOS 11 or less, so it's difficult to justify the extra time. I hope that makes sense!
