annoying pop up ads that won't close- i can't read threads! grrr...

hi MN, i know you need adverts to keep you going but today especially there have been loads of pop up ads you can't close which stop you from reading stuff on the threads - is there anything you can do about this?

hi tech - oh crumbs i can't remember what they were adverts for but it wasn't anything dodgey, and they were just like little boxes with moving images which you think will go away after a bit, but they didn't. Sorry that is a useless description! If another one comes up i will get back to you... thanks!

ok here is an example - a garnier advert with davina in it - you can't close it and it blocks what you are reading! ta
