I’ve see it several times and I think it could be to do when they think someone is putting up a thread for a reaction?

I’ve looked in my emojis but I can not find it anywhere?

Biscuit it's a biscuit and it's on the Mumsnet emojis. People use it when they think someone is being goady.

Igotta · 22/05/2020 19:59

It's from years ago and meant no comment.

Now it means I think you're a troll but I can't say that Grin

Wronglettertotimothy · 22/05/2020 20:01

Nicer than an arsehole but much the same shape.

AppleBlossomTimeNow · 22/05/2020 20:02

'Takes the biscuit'?

Knittedfairies · 22/05/2020 20:02

It's a jammie dodger.

ShowOfHands · 22/05/2020 20:05

It officially means no comment.

It followed a webchat when Gordon Brown didn't answer the q "what is your favourite biscuit" which was a MN in joke at the time.

It's evolved and can mean that takes the biscuit, your comment is so below me that I can't be bothered to comment and often, fuck off you goady liar.

Hunnybears · 22/05/2020 20:12

Ah thanks everyone. I thought it meant something like they thought they OP was a troll or being goady, as it often appears in those types of threads several times.

How do you even find it though? Where on earth are mumsnet emojis? Yes- I’m shit with technology 🙈

The bonus reply is: "Have a biscuit. Biscuit In fact, have the whole packet. Biscuit Biscuit Biscuit Biscuit Biscuit Biscuit Biscuit "

Sparklingbrook · 22/05/2020 20:23

Yes it can have a multitude of meanings-

Well that never happened
You are talking rubbish
I am not even going to answer that what a stupid question
Bit goady OP

And many, many more.

LadyEloise · 30/05/2020 08:57

I think it's daft giving someone a biscuit if they've annoyed you.
It would be better to give them something less nice than a biscuit.
I like biscuits. Smile

missmouse101 · 30/05/2020 09:02

I love a jammy ring, it always makes me feel hungry!

doodlejump1980 · 30/05/2020 09:13

I thought the whole thing was you were giving a biscuit to fill the poster’s mouth to stop them talking.

LouMumsnet · 30/05/2020 15:41

Hope that's explained the Biscuit to you, @Hunnybears
