Two adverts at start of a thread?

Is there a reason why I'm getting two Promoted by Mumsnet adverts before the start of the thread?

Is this a ploy to get folk to move to Premium?

Android phone using Chrome browser on mobile site

I've had the same using a Mac and safari.

I've had the same on Android with Chrome.

Same here on android with chrome.

I accept that adverts are part and parcel of being a non-paying member of MN but this is massively taking the piss.

Yup, I'm getting two too. Unfortunately because they are MN ones they aren't caught by my adblocker. Does anyone know a way around that?

I have two also, the blue highlighting is particularly annoying.

The word from our ads team is they've deactivated the ads now - it looks like there was a mistake meaning that that two ads were activated at the same time.

Please let us know if you're still seeing two ads anywhere.
