Is there any reason why we can't add in smilies from internet sites? I've seen one that would be brilliant in the bar

The main reason is time I think. There's so much for tech to do - we have to ration our requests. However, if you want to send us an example we'll take a look and see what we can do.

But what about giving us some ITALICS...please tech...pretty please?

Generally a "Yeah, whatever . . ." face tends to say all I have to say sometimes. Except for today when I would like a weepy one to celebrate my return to work tomorrow . . . my poor poor baby.
