Can we have a 'Tragic and Sad' board?

So that people who want to post tragic and sad stories from the news can post them there, and people who want to include 'In the News' in their preferences because they want to discuss the economy and world peace can still have 'In the news', people who want to avoid tragic tales of toddlers can have an opt-out button, and people who want to find out about tragic toddlers can go straight to that board?
