IOS app won’t load

Just crashes and closes. I’m running the latest version of iOS on an iPad Air 2

Oh... I’ve been using the app on my iPad fine till I opened this thread, then went to my settings curious to see if there was a system update available (there is, 13.4.1 which I’ll install presently) .... and when I tried to go back to the MN app it crashed and won’t restart. (Obviously using browser now instead)

Me too. I seem to have fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Me too on both iPhone and ipad. Will try reinstalling it as suggested upthread. Relieved it’s not another attack!

And me. I’ve restarted my iPad but it’s still not working.

Me too! Will try uninstalling. I only just reinstalled after finally updating to the latest iOS version. Not impressed so far... it’s eaten all my safari tabs and now it’s eaten mumsnet

It's working fine now.

Hi guys, not sure what's causing the crash, but it seems to be that a version we released on Tuesday fixes the problem. If you update your version of the app here it should stop crashing.

Let us know if there are any other problems!
