Watched Threads

Why so some of the watched threads disappear? If I've commented on a thread and it gets removed, there's usually a message saying why. I assume the watched threads that are no longer on my list have been deleted for some reason but why are we not told?

Sometimes I mark a thread to watch because I want to comment later. I then go to comment and poof! its gone 🤷‍♀️

It could be a number of things , a troll , barred poster , TAT that been withdrawn , or someone just been plain nasty .
Also MNHQ take down threads while they have a proper look at them to make sure they are genuine and not the news papers trying to create / steal a thread.

I just wish @MNHQ would put a post/note on the thread to say why it has gone. I often wonder what happened and whether it's me that just can't find it anymore!

I agree it can be a bit frustrating because it leaves you wondering why it was taken down but if they posted a reason as to why it was taken down some would start a debate either directly with MNHQ or on a new thread and so create a TAT that had been removed .
