Can't change name

Every time I try and change my name it comes up as green but then when I click save changes nothing happens.

Maybe you’re always meant to be a busy bee? The mumsnet gods are just helping you realise it

Are you putting your password in? It won’t save unless you do.

Are you using the app? I find I can't name change on the app. So I go onto the website, log in, name change, save, log off. Then next time I go on the app I have name changed.
