Same threads appearing multiple times in "active"

Now, I thought I was imagining this, but...look!

The same thread appears twice in active threads. Not just that one.

It appears to happen when you 'load more' (but could be wrong about that.

I'll try and get more examples.

Probalby a bout a week ago that I noticed it.

I will check on other devices too.

I've had this for three weeks or so, maybe longer? Android, desktop, happens on both my pc and phone.

I also get flashbacks to active listings from several days previously as the "load more" loads, it does resolve onto actual active threads, but does freak me out a bit when older threads suddenly appear. Might be connected, maybe not.
In case it's relevant, I have stone age internet here, so stuff does take a while to load.

Hi, just popping in to say that this is a known issue that happens occasionally. Posters will view a list of top 50 active threads, and by the time you click 'load more' sometimes a duplicate thread will appear.

So.... Is it going to be fixed? Or just keeping it as a known issue?

But Sonia this has been going on for weeks. Active gives 50 threads. Say 10-15 of them are repeated threads. On desktop, the next 50 more that load after you hit Load More cannot be hidden. Basically Active for me now is about 20 threads, I can't even hide the boring ones and refresh or load more to get more!

If it's a known issue that can't/won't be fixed.... surely it's just easier to get rid of the load more feature?

Also, it might be good for MNmods to perhaps all know what are known issues etc. Clearly you guys aren't talking, if this was raised in February and known about thrn, why aren't you all aware and know how to respond (or have a Mod FAQ answers in house?) So rather than pop on the thread, ask for browser and OS, then go to the tech team, wait however long and come back and reply etc. Surely there's a better and more efficient way?

Either that or have tech miss answer the threads in the first place?
