Recovering account

Had to set up a new email to rejoin mumsnet . Forgot password to old account and started recovery process. Clicked send reset link tab several times but it never sends it. I've checked the spam folder etc.

Anyone any ideas?

I gave up, I just had to forget my old account. When it did reset password when I went to log in it said enter email, rather than username, but the box to enter email wasn’t possible to type in.

I messaged MN the first time it happened, they said to keep checking & it then righted itself -(because they then emailed to say let them know if it continued & they would get tech to look at it) obviously it hadn’t been looked at despite my email.

2 days later it happened again & it just never got sorted so I made a gmail account that I never look at. Not a Bad thing, means I don’t get any emails or @you messages
