Can you let us know what device and browser you're using?
Also, these are google ad-choices rather than in-house ads. That makes blocking them a little trickier.
Can you get us a link to the dodgy ads? If you click them when wifi and data is turned off, it'll take you to the ad without actually loading it - so you can pass on the URL.
