Question about AIBU voting

Everytime I log into MN I can vote on topics I have already voted on. Is this intentional? Is is supposed to be one poster / one vote or is it ok that I can vote as many times as I want?

I am using Firefox and Windows usually. Although it seems I can do this on my Android phone as well.
