Pictures rotating to landscape

Not sure why it’s started doing this, it’s not just me it’s happening to though. If you look at my post in the corona-free nature notes thread, my photo went landscape there.

What’s all that about and how do I make it stop doing it, please?

So like this, for instance - unless it’s just me, it’s been rotated.

This does look all a bit odd, Spudlet (and annoying!).

Could you let us know the device you are using when you post the pic, if you are on chrome/safari/etc and if you are on the app or the main site? We can then take things from there.

Sure - Im on an iphone 7, using Chrome and the mobile site rather than the app 👍

Hi @Spudlet are you able to change the settings on your device before you post? Please can you give it a try and let us know if it works?

Sorry, I’m not totally sure which settings you mean? If I’m attaching an image to a post, I can choose the size (and generally I do make images smaller or they’re massive files, I find). That’s the only option I get - unless there’s some other setting I need to look at?
