Just having a MN browse and my son commented that my phone is too bright so went to put dark mode on and I couldn't find it.

Is there one and I am a shit user?

Thanks Grin

Can you not just dim your phones screen brightness ?
On most phones ( or at least all the ones I have owned ) it either is set or can be set on the drop down from your home screen .

Go into your phone settings if you have an iPhone the dark mode function is there in 'display and brightness'

I don't think so apps have it, Facebook and twitter definitely do. But they call it night mode.

Hi OP

We don't currently have this option - can we check what app you're using? (IOS or android).

We'll certainly raise it with the team but it's not likely to be a priority at the moment if we're being completely honest. That said, it's certainly something we can discuss in the future!

In the meantime, can you adjust the brightness on your phone when using Mumsnet?

Thanks MN.

My phone is on all the low brightness settings but it's burning my eyes Sad

Would be an amazing feature for BF mums and people with snoring partners looking at Mumsnet out of hours etc Smile
